I've never had issues with it either, but it's currently not blocking teleports, bgrade, etc. from the "blocked types" list, do you think you could help me figure out why? Don't want to be a bother but I can't seem to figure out the problem

make sure that the permissions are set. They might have gotten unset at some point? Maybe during an update or a crash? weird things can happen. You never know.

I've never personally had an issue with no escape either. For what its worth, heres my old config for it.
