Custom events not active

For some reason I can not get the custom events that I've added to appear active when the event is running. The only icons that appear to work are the vanilla events. I ran into the issue before and it was resolved somehow I can't remember how it was fixed.

I use Timed Execute to schedule the events and they pop off correctly but none of the icons want to change colors.

Looks like 3.1.2 fixed the issue custom events are working now it seems thank you.
