Having some issues since i reinstalled the plugin

I reinstalled the plugin from zero to reset it and i'm having some issues since i've done this 

- the train turrets always kill train NPC

- i can't stop the train with the lever or by shooting it (even with the setting activate) and the crate can be opened without stopping it

Changed Status from Pending to Work in Progress

No, but I managed to fix it myself
it caused me the problem when I tried to modify the SAM Site preset
