add mod group and toggle

Can i add a toggle for mods whit less persmissions that admins? how?

hi. yes, but there is a problem on my server becauseis a conflict with iqchat.
and the problem with tp is. i type false to tp back ,but always you toggle off admin mode teleport you to ground, sometimes under buildings. 

You can disable teleport in the config

The reason it teleports to you is that the ground upon exiting admin mode is
To ensure admin permissions such as flying are revoked correctly

i send you cfg. because i think tp back was off ,  and sure something i did wrong

the big problem im having is, im using iqchat. and when i toggle between admin and player mode prefix didnt switch between admin and player. so i change to player mode but in chat i keep as and admin

I have tested the admin prefix works perfectly on my development server must be a thrid-party issue not much I can do there sorry
