Change value character when using economics?

can we have an easy way to change the value icon when using econimics in the lang file? Would like it to show $ instead of whatever it's showing now

something like

"Economics value character": "$",

If this is the correct way to do this I can add this - do other plugins that use economics have it configurable through the config like that?

the only other plugin i have is magic panel and I've edited that through lang file

I think it would be best for me to handle this the same way. If I made it available to change in the lang file would that work for you?
