Maybe is me , but Vanish is not working properly.

/vanish , it makes you fly, but sometimes you're not invisible, and then you can't get out of flight mode, only a sound like when you took damage from a fall

Changed Status from Pending to Closed

Just an FYI, this is still happening (not OP). I installed fresh Carbon a few days ago, same thing happened. I disabled Carbon's vanish, and re-installed from umod & it works fine again.
