Hello there,

I think way too many people are confused of how to customize the look given by this event. I'm not a programmer or an expert on Rust server management and since you're offering a premium plugin that cost money $$, you should at least make an intuitive tutorial of how to easily crate this CustomLoot customized table so people can take full advantage of this plugin my friend. I have no idea how to change my loot and following the instructions you're offering now, I get nothing but more confused. Thanks

Sot trying to be rude but CustomLoot Is not a plugin created by me i just use there api to give people more options on creating loot so it would be a question really for CustomLoot if your having a hard time creating a profile using that plugin. i recently implement "Crate Loot Table File Name And Total Item Slots To Use": {
      "Default": 5

This will have a datafile you can edit  edit and change the min/max and chance of the items that you want the npc to have a chance to drop

Hey Razor,

Thank you for responding to my post! I didn't know CustomLoot wasn't yours, I'm sorry. I did find a folder called LootProfiles under /oxide/data/JetEvent/ and edited the file createloot.json inside to match my desired settings. Now, I set it so every Jet crate gives guns and other things but no guns are given, only the other items I set. Is there a reason of why this is  happening? Is there a setting somewhere else that preventing the guns from dropping on those crates? Thanks

there should not be what do you have the chance set to for the guns?

No, I set the guns to let's say, chance 95 but none of the guns are given. I have no idea why! Thanks

when you got a chance it will randomly grab items and see if chance hits.. If say there is 50 items you can get and the npc only grabs 5 items it will randomly chose 5 items and if the chance hits for that item they will drop it if not then it will chance to another item at random. so not every npc will have the same loot

Yes, I understand how "chance" works but I find it weird that none of the planes ever drop any guns at all when my settings call for 95 chance. Thanks

how many items do you have it set to choose and how many are greater then 0 chance?

I set the guns and ammunition to 95 and some other things to 85 and 75. Most of the other stuff are set to 0 because I don't want players fighting bots for a shitty loot. Either way, I still think you should make a little video tutorial explaining how to set the loot since a lot of people here are confused of how to do that including me. Again, I'm not a programmer and I tried everything. Thank you!

Hey, I figured it out. I edited the two files (default & crateloot) and changed the min & mx numbers and now the custom loot works. Thanks
