Update Required?

Does this requre an update?  i have just bought it and installed it,   config is set to

{
"Check Interval Time (Secs)": 60,
"Removal Time (Secs) (Must be lower then the check time)": 30
"Item Removal Times": []

}

Amd no dropped items are being removed?

I was having this same issue when default and noticed things not being removed. Then I reopened the config file to noticed that the "Item Removal Times" got populated but had 10000 for the time. For testing I changed those and the removal sec to 1 and started seeing stuff being removed.

I've also notice that if I go from 1 sec to 2 sec stuff doesn't get removed or at least it takes longer than the 60 secs to start with.
