doors on monuments (permission input)

I installed the door of the house and installed the second door on the monument. I also installed an entrance permit on the door.
Using the command /changeportal.
Everything works. Players with an entry permit can enter through this door.

As soon as the plugin is reloaded or the server is restarted, the permission is not triggered. And everyone can enter the door on the monument.

After looking at the configuration, I found that the monument data is very small, and there are no such permissions at all.

I would be very grateful if permissions are added to the doors of the monuments. With these permissions, you can create all sorts of quests very flexible. Thank you in advance.
