No matter what file size i send it won't download

I have tried multiple file sizes with a direct mp4 link and I cannot get the video to download.

 

Sendvideo add seems added the url.  Sendvideo all said it sent it to players but nothing plays.  sendvideo to <myself> says i can't send video to xx

Yes that worked for sendvideo me but not sendvideo all.  How come only from that host?

Is there a way to download the mp4 to client and send locally?
