loot dropping wrong from TC

Hi, a player just report to me he raid a medium base and the TC dropped too much items.
and I test to spawn all bases, find out it having 2 issues with some specific bases(or maybe all but just randomly)
1 is dropping too much amount of the items, for example, I set 1000~5000 HQM and it dropped 20000.
2 is dropping the itmes not even write in loot tables, for example, I did not set stone in hard loot table but it dropped.
I didnt get this issue in nivex's pre-made base.

Here is the list having issue when I testing:

it goes normal after set "Empty All Containers Before Spawning Loot" to true

just left these 2 little problems
1. Easy-4 no TC in the base
2. The Medium-9 TC just out of the wall

thanks for letting me know ! i normaly use it for the upkeep so when im building they not get destroyed and i might have forgot that at the first pack, but im glad you already fix it,i appriciate the info ! the bases getting updated this week, sorry for the late reaction
