Shotgun Traps break walls

1.-When someone get shot, walls are broken and players can get through maze without walls, whan can i edit to fix that?

2.-and for a reason, grimmstones get stuck in storagebox if i put him in the exit,

3.- if a put an axe for example in belt annoying grimmstone, he kills me, i though only angry grimmstone can did that
