I'm running a TruePVE server and I have been using VirtualQuarries with no issue. When I loaded NoDecay I get the following error message in the logs that repeats.

(10:11:48) | Calling hook OnEntityTakeDamage resulted in a conflict between the following plugins: VirtualQuarries - False (Boolean), NoDecay (True (Boolean))

is there something I'm missing in the permissions or needs a exclusion?

Not a serious problem but highly annoying.  Per Wulf's mouth, true is the correct return to interrupt the normal process.
