Not working ...

... all Buildings, (new) Cars etc. decaying ! Very good PlugIn, but it do nothing.

I am not seeing any issues.  Perhaps another plugin is blocking it?  If possible, type /nodecay log in chat, wait a couple of cycles (5-10 minutes) and paste some of the resulting log from nodecay (in oxide log):

alone the console-spamming shows, that ure plugin makes problem, have the spamming too in my console

i think all developer testing their own plugins without other plugins

i reinstalled ure plugin again with new config: it do nothing, sorry !

Well, it definitely works for some and nothing has changed to make it stop working that I know of.  If you can do the check with logging enabled it would be helpful.

Changed Status from Pending to No Response

The one problem I am having is it doesn't look like the car chassis are decaying correctly and they are not breaking apart. Almost like they are just decaying and then staying on the server. they are not exploding and then allowing others to spawn 

because I find them along the road nothing on them just the chassis and you can't do anything with them. 
I have decay set to 0.4 on all but twig that is 1.0
