Calling hook OnHelicopterRetire resulted in a conflict between the following plugins: HeliSignals - False (Boolean), Convoy (True (Boolean))

I think that the developer of the signals plugin should fix this in his code.

Because in hooks like "Returning a non-null value overrides default behaviour."
Among developers, it is customary to return true to change the behavior of the hook.
