When I try to add a custom rule I'm getting this error. You might try deleting the language file(s).  This is very weird place to have a problem.

When I enter something into any field other then the name, when I press enter it goes to this screen. That's when the error happens

As a test I randomly picked a older version ( 1.3.6) after installing that I was able to create a custom rule without getting any errors, But as soon as I go to the current version of the plugin its back to giving me that error. After updating the plugin back to the current version all my custom rules are still there. This is at least a work around for people who are having this issue and hopefully help the dev narrow down the issue.

A fix from the author would be nice considering this is effecting more then just one person. I will give that a try thank you for the info.

I found the error, an oversight on my part when I was fixing other problems with it awhile back.  I think it should be working now.
