[Ganja] Crafting failed: failed to move item

Made custom recipe to add the new super tea (super serum) into the mixing table by mixing pure teas and i get this in console when crafting: [Ganja] Crafting failed: failed to move item any way to fix this?

Hi, this error happens when the plugin is unable to move the newly crafted item into the mixing table's inventory. Please make sure the short name of the crafted item is valid and there is no other plugin preventing the item from being moved to the mixing table. 

Do you get this error only when crafting this recipe or with every recipe?
