  1. spawn vending machine with MonumentAddons
       /maspawn vendingmachine.deployed
  2. set vending machine skin to same skin id you have in ATMSystem config
      /maskin 2441271366
  3. In ATMSystem config put this option on true 
      "Spawned Vending Machines as ATM": true
