plugin crashes and wont do tpr or any monuments

I have noticed this version randomly crashes and wont allow TPR or outpost and other monuments it also seems to affect players randomly but the plugin will still show you are about to be teleported to a monument but you dont. also when you do a tpr it does nothing on the receiving end with no message asking to accept.

a simple oxide.reload gets it working again no problem.
