Oil refinery Not staying on

for some reason when turned on they come on for split second the turn back off and at some moments not coming on at all 

Are you reaching a stack limit? Are you on the current version? If you pickup and replace does that correct it? Do you have any other smelting or oven plugins? What do you use to control your stack sizes?

i use stack modifer and how do i make the speeds 2x

for smelting speed

change the Delay from 2 to 0
