Mining skills stopped working

Hi, I put this on discord appreciate you may have been busy...

having some problems on my server right now. Out of nowhere the gathering boosts arent working, an example;

The skills i've made associated with plugins work fine, the plugin loads fine, but anything thats not using another plugin isnt working

Oh and I'm using the latest version

it seems to have stopped working 13 hours ago after restart but the save files are entirely in tact

I think you have uploaded the old version, im still only able to download that, i've tried a different browser too
