This doesn't even work I just wanted to download the loot table and now I have to do all kinds of extra stuff like download 3rd party programs please refund I don't want this anymore.

You do no need to download with third party. It’s just another option. What host do you use? Also it did say in the description the steps needed to install it. But i am happy to help you get the product installed.
