This seems to be an issue with codefling.  Several updates that were released over the last couple of days are not downloading right.  I'm guessing whatever CDN they are using (CloudFlare maybe?) hasn't received all the latest files yet.

Again....just a guess.

Clearing browser cache finally worked after the 3 time for me.

yeah after much testing it seems to be a location based caching issue or something
