wont open

i enter the code and i t doesnt give me perms to access plug in ??

the one u used for example in the permmisson section 

i uninstalled it i re did everything after up date still wont open ui no message nothing

no i dont think let me try and reload it and see 

now its just sayin no permisson but there no permission is being granted even with me typing cases.use

Can you show me a video of how you open the case menu?

i just type /cases and it says i have no permissions but in the permissions list there only edit cases but yea ill grab a video and try to upload it

thats right i dont have a config file atm because i removed the plug in cuz it wouldnt work i can re install it if u like
