Spawnpoint Identification

Pending 2.1.6 2.1.7

It would appear that when trying to Move/Remove a custom spawn point, and also when the console logs navmesh missing that the wrong ID is reported...

When Removing a spawn of Value "1" with 1 bot, it says there are less then 1 bots
When console reports a bad navmesh the ID of the spawnpoint is Lower then reported.

With the Navmesh 20 and 21 in-game turned out ot be 20 and 19...
