Events Helper causing rcon errors.

whenever I issue any in game command events helper throws up a Failed to call hook on player command on plugin EventHelper.

This happens even if the command issued has nothing to do with events helper. 

In addition to this when trying to use /survival to join a manually started survival arena event I get unable to join check message from EventHelper, which when looking in console is again this error:

Does it trigger when there is an active event?

Both when an event is live and when there isn't, it is literally with any command issued, but i am unable to join any events there is also a problem with SkillTree too, throwing a similar error:
