Perms Constant After Perms Removed

Hey, I am running into an issue where if a player had the permission but than it was removed. They still have it. I had to completely restart my server in to revert back to defaults even though no one had the permission.

Plugin doesn't change your metabolism withing permission switching. You need to die to make changes work.

I did F1 kill. 

u sure you don't have any perms? It isn't possible to give you different values that are in config if you don't have perms.
