refresh command dont work

Hey Fruster,

could you take a look?
Since the last Update the Command dont work anymore.
It always place the "Default settings for the new zone" name into the new Zones "TextPlaceHolder".

The Name is right in the COnfig. THe Placeholder dont get the Zonename here.

Try to set in "default settings for the new zone" Value "Name" = "Default"
