[Bug] active Night vision closes radial menu

Active night vision closes radial menu.

As long as you have night vision turned on, when you turn the radial menu on, it will get closed automatically after 1-2 seconds

I don't really know what you're talking about. How can I reproduce the problem?

Put night vision on you, and then turn the night vision on. 
Then press MMB.

You will notice that the radial menu closes automatically by its own, as long as you have the night vision turned on.

My night vision does not automatically close the radial menu. I noticed that it does close, but only if you press F.
I will try to find and fix the problem.
