More enchants

From one of my players...

> can you ask the dev of Itemperks and talk to him about adding a config for more than 3 enchants on a item and adding a cost for doing more than a certain ammount

Is this something the plugin can already handle? If not, is this too much to ask? 

Hey mate it seems different to what I am doing mechanically at the moment.

The items can have as many enhancements as you want to allow via the config, just increase the number.

There won't be scaling costs based on the enhancements though.
