building in monuments

Hei man, i installed your map and everything seems to be ok, except for the fact that you can build under both oil rigs and around it.

Because the underwater terrain is higher than many maps, that is a detail i did not consider. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. I will put a no build zone around in and issue an update in a few minutes.
