loaded on to server no patrol heli

loaded on to my server and had no patrol heli all day removed the plugin and patrol heli spawned 

Hello.  Strange problem, never encountered this and never had complaints about this error.  I will try to analyze the plugin in the near future, test it on the server and fix the error.  I myself have been using this plugin for more than 1 year, I have not observed any problems

i used SvPanUI and i have several plugins  admin panel ,admin radar, airfield event ,backpacks, godempde, image libarary, mapmyplayers, minicopter, npc spawns, permissions,

player admin, satdish event, sleep gaurd, ubertool, vanish, 

I am studying the problem on a test server.
