Having the same issue. I have Turrets to target Players but want them to do damage as they aren't right now.

RFC1920

1.0.75 is the latest version.  1.0.74 definitely has an issue.

I have the latest version and still get this error

If that's the case then you will probably need to remove the db file and start over.  Or you can send it to me and I can try to fix it.

I removed the db file and tried typing in /pverule and I was getting an error. Reloaded the plugin and I could open the GUI but when clicking on default or Add I get the error

RFC1920

I tried earlier but also removed the entire data/NextGenPVE dir as well as the config file.  That worked although it was excessive.

I just removed the Data folder and Config file, reloaded the plugin and still can't add a Ruleset. I keep getting the error as stated in the first comment

RFC1920

That doesn't make sense.  Can you send me that db file?

That file is empty or showing empty when I click on the edit button

Disregard, it's showing something now but has that alien text

To make sure there isn't something funny going in with the file system, unload the plugin, delete the files, then load (instead of delete and reload).

RFC1920

That's normal.  It's not a text file.

So I unloaded/removed the data file, config file, and the plugin. I loaded the plugin back onto the server and it showed fine on the console. Brough up the GUI and clicked on Add under Rulesets and still getting this without touching anything else

Changed Status from Pending to Closed

Changed Fixed In to 1.0.76

That seemed to have fixed it. I can add a Ruleset now, thanks so much

Another fix for that in 1.0.77.
