Is it possible to allow for console commands to grant Player (x) with group permissions (y)?

You want to add a player to a group?
The oxide/uMod permissions system is all command based. This plugin is a UI to make that easier.

You can view all the groups per-player, and toggle which groups the player is in.
just do /perms player <playername>, then click 'Groups'.
