Have you tried setting the recycle chance to be higher to see if it drops? If so, can you send me your config?

I added your config to my server and it seems to be working fine.

Are you trying this on a test server?
If so, try the following:

- Shutdown your server
- Delete all other plugins except for ItemPerks
- Wipe your server
- Load your server up
- See if the issue still persists

I just found the plugin that is in conflict with yours

Np you will probably need to hit up Mevent then and ask him what needs to be done to resolve it. I only require the OnItemRecycle hook for this to work.
