Adding chat logo

add the possibility to change chat log when in different mode based on SteamId.
i Couldent find any in the config about this. 

i got the same logo as admin as player while typing the chat.


And ive got skill tree on the server is there any possibility to remove level showing as admin.

"OnAdmin" -> And change steamid here

That did not change in chat when writing as you can see in image it only changed what plugin told you and not what you write in chat.

My plugin does not support changing your chat image when chatting.
If you want this I would recommend you change your profile picture on steam.
I looked into this a while back, and this could cause countless issues because that tiny chat icon/image is bound to a steamid64.
And the method I found to change could be problematic hence I didn't add such a feature.
