/q doesnt works every time

I dont know why, but if i use /q it works the most of the time at the second try.

if i use /q it opens the first time, second time i want to use it it wont open, third time it opens, fourth time it dont open........

Yes i can change the color in the config only to the normal colors but not to lightblue or darkblue or silver or gold or something else, i use the rgb color code but it doesnst work.
