... what does this mean? I've had RustyBanLite running for a few weeks now, and this is the first thing it has reported so I'm curious.

EDIT: apparently 521 means that your website is down so cloudfare can't connect to it?

Yeah, I host the network the server is on, There was some work done on the systems last night which caused this. It should be up and running now. Redundancy should of kicked in but it pooped itself instead.
