Bases spawned once , not anymore

I do not understand why the bases do not spawn ,  had the issue for a while. I was glad to see that they did spawn after the latest wipe but they are all gone since yesterday , i have been researching the issue online but haven't found anything that would work .
Any idea  ?

hi, use the rbe debug command in the server console

also make sure no errors when plugin loads

Ok , spotted the issue , thanks for the advice , the number of players is set to 3 , my server not being the most populous , there we go ... where can i set the limit to 0

found it 

ah, maybe I should reduce that amount to 1 since this seems to be a recurrent issue. glad you sorted it out.
