The helicopter (minicopter) is not damaged. 
Automatic zones work fine. 
In the pvp zone, the helicopter gets damaged when it falls. 
The default zone does not receive.
No 1 point solves the problem. Only shutdown by default helps. Created a new set of rules, added one item at a time, it doesn't help.

Sorry, I fixed everything by adding a new set of rules. I'm a noob 🙂
