Hackable Crate issue Chinook Event

I am having a persistent issue with players being unable to loot the hackable crate after all the NPC's are killed.  They get a message saying they cannot loot the crate because it doesn't belong to them.  Is there something I need to do or change in the plugin to fix this or could this possibly be a conflict with some other plugin?
