Are there any instructions on how to update this plugin anywhere?

Just replace all the files with the new ones, depending on what I update, odds are there is an update that you have to do to the config.

Will my config stay the same? Or do i need to recreate the config every time?

I was able to pull down my config, delete and then reupload all the files. I then placed my config back in place. Appears to be working now.
