Tickets/entries not being counted correctly

I started a giveaway 14hrs ago but some players already have up to 200+ tickets.
Settings are still on default, aka every 30 min they get 1 ticket and when they join they get 2.
Would like the counting to be accurate so the leaderboard is better readable for players.

Another thing:
It ORDERS ALL entries first, by random and only then takes first 5 INSTEAD it could ONLY take 5 random values and from there easily find 5 members. Without SORTING all which is slow

(5 = example number)

I'm re-writing the whole bot to work with sqlite3 and adding features like re-rolling winners, banning people from specific giveaways, banning people from all giveaways, etc*
So it will be probably a few weeks before I have the next update published
