Is there any pattern to this error? Most likely, this happens when the shuttle takes damage in some special way

Changed Status from Pending to Work in Progress

Even happens when there are no players and it's fresh spawned

it is different error from the previous one. I tried to fix it in the latest version. if it appears again, please create the ticket again
