Stats Not Saving

I set the server interval to 2 minutes in the Configuration file, but the stats only save when the user logs off. 

Is this a known issue, or is there something else I need to do to enable this? 

same issue, which in turns leads to at least playtime not recording for their session if they happen to stay connected up to the daily maintenance reboot. 

Any love on this? its pretty brutal on even appearing to be accurate. the save interval basically isn't working.
