Flares cannot be placed in helicopters

I have tried both helicoptors and cannot place IR flares inside of the fuel area and they will not go into the stack.  When I hit "E" in the cockpit it says "You have run out of IR-Traps".

Hey @TabmorineAfter 01.09 Rust update you can no longer put them using right click. Put them by holding LMB.
