Plugin is not working

Plugin is not working.
Its getting loaded but it doesn't prevent anyone to access placed Quarrys and PumpJack's.
 

We'll check it out tomorrow and give you an answer.

As a result of the test, it worked

1. Public quarries are not protected.
2. Only those installed by the individual are protected.

After a talk with our developer The_Kiiing which is selling plugins here too he checked for us the plugin. He clearly said to us that this plugin can't work right:

"It makes no sense what he wrote down in the plugin. This can't work.". He fixed the plugin for us and now it's working like intended.

But when I tested it with the latest version, it worked fine,

How did you do it??

We tested on our test server with just a few plugins. We tested it with 4 guys. With team, without team, with admin rights without admin rights.

The plugin is loaded but does nothing.

Just as I told You after I purchased this - it did not work at all.

I can not imagine the way You test and what do You mean "it's working" but I had to hire programmer to make our own working plugin. and he also told me that this plugin could not work at the state wher it was sold here. I just never came back to You after You did not believe me that it does nothing.
