Losing Items

So i have custom money on my server Sticks with a Workshop Skin i have changed the stack size to 10000 and when splitting lets say half it loses half the sticks go to 1 and 5000 and the 5000 can be dragged onto the singular stck and boom lost 10k

Are there any errors in the console?

yes Calling hook OnItemSplit resulted in a conflict between the following plugins: Cooking - Item.sticksx46.961596 (Item), BankSystem (Item.sticksx46.961597 (Item)) but its not the sacks plugin

You need to disable the OnItemSplit hook in one of the plugins.
