Unable to pick up

I've tried mouse 3 and every other button and never do i pick it up     config is set to let me 

P.s That wooden box does not go away unless travel miles away that normal ?

It does happen with some clients. It appears on their client if they were there at the time of it being made, but wasn't cleared unless you travel outside of it's render range.
Not sure why it happens to some but not others.

If you cannot pick it up with mouse3, you may have rebound it from FIRE_THIRD at some point.

You can either rebind the key or you can use the chat command /crecycler while looking at your recycler to pick it up.
