despawn

Hey, I had to remove the plugin from my server because the objects couldn't be destroyed; even when a foundation was destroyed, they remained in the air.

Hey, It's because water pump doesn't provide ground check.
There are options in config for that
Misc - Pump Ground Check
and
Misc - Allow Placing On Water Level

I have all those settings enabled, yet they just stay floating in mid-air; they don’t despawn along with the foundation. No idea why that’s happening all of a sudden.

it's because it doesn't check for foundation, it checks for ground.

It doesn't have any terrain live checks. When placed, only pickup/remove will work.
